Rib Crib is a middle-of-the-road mixed grill kind of place. The food was okay and the service was good. The place was clean and the service was prompt and they did pay a lot of attention to what came to the table and tried to make it right if it wasn't. The kitchen put dry rub all over my cole slaw by accident an the waiter saw it and replaced it without me asking. Of course, they should have caught that before it left the kitchen.

This was a take-out order. I ordered when I got there and the take-out menu is a little hard to read (very small print) and figure out, probably because I was in a bit of a hurry to get home for the Thunder game. Everyone was friendly, the manager even offered me something to drink while I waited. My chopped brisket sandwich was decent, not great but not bad. The fries were a nice surprise--nice and crunchy even after I got home---and it was a generous helping. My 2 dogs also gave their approval as I always manage to drop 1 or 2 fries which they eagerly inhale. Based on this visit I will go back and next time dine in.

A group 6 of us ate at the Rib Crib last night and were very disappointed. The place needed a good scrubbing. The food was fair. We had eaten at the Rib Crib in Branson and was so looking forward to eating here. Our first clue should have been the half full parking lot at supper time! Our waitress Jessica was very good.

We always sit at the bar and get excellent service. Wings are good and they have great beer and drink specials. They also have homemade ranch which should be a requirement in Oklahoma!

Good solid lunch. Nothing over the top, yet our meal hit the spot. Dessert was a major bust for me, the ice cream tasted like freezer burn and the brownie was pretty bad...

Thick, succulent ribs!! That sums up Rib Crib! Lured in by their All-You-Can-Eat Ribs Tuesday deal, we decided to try this place out for the first time. Rib Crib has a warm appeal with just the right amount of trinkets and chotchkies abound without overdoing the Western theme. The entrance and dining area are adorned with real fireplaces - a nice welcome on this cold, drizzly night. No wait this Tuesday night - we were seated immediately. The menu has a good variety of BBQ options, again, without overdoing it. As for the ribs themselves Rib Crib offers four options including Sweet n' Saucy and St. Louis Style Dry Rub. We ordered the All-You-Can-Eat Special ($11.99/ea, TUESDAYS 4 - 10 PM only) which allows you to choose two sides and one of the 4 rib options (which you can change at every refill in case you want to try another flavor/style). And if you want more sauce, you'll find 3 bottles (mild, hot, and sweet mustard) at your table. We were delighted with our food and friendly service (Jessica) and the staff checked on us several times to make sure we were happy. We found the ribs to be thick and juicy - served nice and hot. A nice cold sweet tea helped wash the sauce down! Rib Crib also offers takeout service and have special parking spaces for takeout pickup as well. If I were to have any complaint at all, it would be that I wish the ribs were smoked a bit longer. As a true Arthur Bryants Kansas City Ribs Affectionado, I like my ribs slow, cold-smoked all day long for that really deep smoke flavor. (But only Arthur Bryants in KC can do that just right! ;) ) Still we thoroughly enjoyed the food and service at Rib Crib. Would we go again? Most definitely! Try Rib Crib out - you won't be disappointed!

I'm not ashamed to say I love Rib Crib. It's one of my two guilty pleasure seemingly-not-that-great places that I absolutely love. My go-to meal is the BBQ Slider sandwiches, which are two little sliders which you can get whatever meat you want on. I only eat the chicken, which is some of the best BBQ chicken at a BBQ restaurant (and it always shocks me how few BBQ restaurants have chicken). I love the french fries and the seasoning on them, although I usually get cheese fries with my food. The okra is also awesome as a side. This particular Rib Crib always has fast and friendly service, quick turn around on to-go orders, and is never very busy.

Well, this was totally decent. The bar is actually nice, not a bad place to have a beer while you wait for your to-go order, which was precisely what we did. Let me say that if I was rating on service alone, it would have been a 5-star assessment. These were hardworking, pleasant, capable young people, and they double checked our order with us, in addition to just being generally lovely. We ordered kind of weird. We each got a big salad, and I ordered several sides: mac and cheese, fried okra, beans, etc. Kasey ordered a two meat sampler featuring pulled pork and brisket. The salads were good and the sides were pretty good, not great. But the meat really was not that good. It was dry, overcooked, just not really good at all. Maybe it would have been better had we dined in, but I'm not sure the meat would have changed at all. I would have been better off sticking with sides alone, which is what I will probably do. I'm sure we'll get food from here again, it's just so close to our house and so convenient. Maybe we'll try some of their other stuff, like loaded baked potatoes or sandwiches.
